Current Platform Access
Once Flow Detailing are engaged, the first step is to gain access to the current project document management platform, such as Aconex, Procore, etc.
Document Submission
The client provides Flow Detailing with the tender structural drawings and the project timeline or program.
Client Access to Custom ReoTracker
Flow Detailing shares unique ReoTracker login details with the client for live access to their project on the ReoTracker platform, featuring full visibility of the reinforcement schedule aligned with the project phases.
Tender Reinforcement Estimation
Flow Detailing conducts an initial tender reinforcement estimation based on the provided drawings and scheduling program.
Live Tonnage Monitoring
ReoTracker begins tracking reinforcement tonnage in real-time – from pre-tender to post-tender – and updates live as revisions are made.
Tonnage Alerts and Adjustment Reporting
If tonnage exceeds expectations, ReoTracker automatically triggers alerts and provides detailed adjustment reports to the client, enabling proactive decision-making.
